LAGUNA BEACH BACKROADS E-BIKE TOUR
Experience the sublime beauty of Laguna Beach on this easy and historic loop that bypasses the busy streets. Pedal through the quaint Craftsman neighborhoods and gardens, access amazing view corridors, stop at Heisler Park to see the magnificent public art and experience the charming downtown commercial district with many artist residences. We start our ride at our office in Central Laguna and head east, looping through Bluebird Canyon to experience the rolling inland hills. We will climb easily high above the city in the Mystic Hills neighborhood with a commanding view of our downtown district, Main Beach, and historic Laguna Hotel. Next we roll through our quaint downtown area, navigating picturesque neighborhoods past the historic Pyne Castle, with elevated ocean views in the bucolic and historic North Laguna. Then we head seaward to beautiful Crescent Bay Beach Park, with the best panoramic view of the coastline that extends from Dana Point all the way up to Palos Verdes in LA County! Riding parallel to PCH, the tour takes us south through Heisler Park to view some of the town’s amazing public art. Last, we’ll cycle back through the downtown village and the Central Laguna neighborhood, home to early California Craftsman bungalows.
HUNTINGTON TO NEWPORT E-BIKE / BEACH CRUISER BIKE TOUR
Beach cruising is easy and entertaining! In Huntington Beach we begin near your resort (Hyatt, Hilton or Pasea), we hop on a bike and ride south along the strand, past the cyclists, skateboarders, surfers and kite surfers to Newport Beach Pier. Following this path to the very end we view the harbor entrance which is also home to the world famous body surf spot, The Wedge. From there we loop back on this flat ride making our way past all the magnificent beach from homes. This ride can be done via electric bike ride or beach cruiser!
BALBOA / NEWPORT GLAM E-BIKE OR BEACHCRUISER TOUR
This lovely, flat ride explores the exclusive neighborhoods and beaches of Newport. We start on Balboa Island, riding through the quaint village until we reach the world’s shortest car ferry, where we will take a 5-minute ride across the channel. From there we ride Balboa Peninsula south to the mouth of the harbor known as the Jetty. Here we’ll see the world famous surf break called The Wedge. Then we’ll ride the beach path along glorious oceanfront homes to Newport Pier and see the historic Dory fish market. Then it’s back to the Newport Fun Zone, home to whale watching and fishing charters, where we’ll grab the ferry again and make our final stop in Balboa Village to enjoy a world famous Balboa Ice Cream Bar (optional), a fitting reward for a glorious ride!
DANA POINT HARBOR TO MISSION SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO BEACHCRUISER TOUR
From Dana Point Harbor, we ride the flats along Doheny Beach, and then pick up the inland San Juan River bike trail, an easy flat ride leading to the historic western town of San Juan Capistrano, home to the stories of swallows and the best preserved Mission in California. We’ll tour the quaint, narrow streets of Los Rios, the oldest neighborhood in California, stop outside at the Mission, and then make our way back to Dana Point. Optional – We can arrange a brief guided tour of the Mission before heading home.
MONARCH LOOP E-BIKE TOUR
Departs from the Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Monarch Beach, Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resorts, this tour has it all: a descent to Salt Creek Beach, a gentle climb through the golf course and neighborhoods, and a stop at Chapparosa Park. Then it’s downhill to Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor before climbing home. Easy to moderate 12-mile ride. This is an electric bike ride with delivery fee to the Dana Point resort of your choice.
